Experience

Chapters, not a dump.

The through-line is revenue: carrying it, coaching it, and building the system underneath it. The PDF version lives on LinkedIn. This page is for the story.
  1. 2026 — Present

    Independent practice

    Founder, Operation Impact

I started an independent revenue-ops practice while looking for the right leadership seat. Same work I have always done: pipeline, CRM, coaching, and the operating cadence a team actually runs on — for commercial organizations and for national nonprofits.

  2. 2025 — 2026

    Operation Warm

    Director of Partnerships

National partnerships for a children’s nonprofit. Different scoreboard, same muscle: other institutions, a real number, and the unglamorous work of making the motion hold. It confirmed what I already knew. Mission without a machine burns good people out. So does a sales org without one.

  3. Prior

    MobyMax

    Chief Revenue Officer

I was hired to build a go-to-market organization, not decorate one. We scaled the team to ninety-six. The part I am proudest of is not the headcount. It is that people who joined with more potential than proof were given a real shot — and took it.

  4. Prior

    Verizon, Gannett, AOL / Patch

    Fortune 500 & media operator

Regional P&L. Newsrooms and telco. The years that taught me process is a form of respect — for the customer, for the team, for the number. Six Sigma Black Belt, Villanova University, 2009. Neumann University before that.

A true rarity — compassion, a positive culture, and a commitment to seeing every individual and the entire team succeed. Anyone would be lucky to work with him.
